Custom Orthotic Products

At Summit Labs we use a denser foam with smaller cell structure, helping to reduce material from packing out and helping to make custom orthotics last longer.

We have the ability to custom fit orthotics to shoes including; work boots, ski boots, ice skates, cleats, AFO, running shoes, basketball shoes, and more.

All postings, reliefs and custom modifications, including met pads are included at no charge.

Ideal for up to 150lbs

Ideal for patients 150lbs to 250lbs

Multicork 55

Durable orthotic ideal for work boots or every day.
Can be used as diabetic insert when paired with P-Cell 1/8” + PPT 1/16”
EVA substrate and cork blend
Durometer: 55 Shore A (+/- 5)
Composition: Natural cork and EVA

Crepe 70

Heavy-duty – will hold up against patient that packs out any other material.
Great for work boots
Composition: Ethylene Vinyl Acetate
Hardness: 65-70 Shore A (+/- 5)
