Custom Orthotic Products

At Summit Labs we use a denser foam with smaller cell structure, helping to reduce material from packing out and helping to make custom orthotics last longer.

We have the ability to custom fit orthotics to shoes including; work boots, ski boots, ice skates, cleats, AFO, running shoes, basketball shoes, and more.

All postings, reliefs and custom modifications, including met pads are included at no charge.

Our standard toe fillers come in 40 or 55 durometer with P-Cell 1/8″ + PPT 1/16″ with the ability to customize them to best suit your patient’s needs.

DuraForm 35

  • A low density, closed cell EVA with excellent elasticity
  • Ideal for cleat style “high performance” orthotics
  • Composition: Ethylene Vinyl Acetate

Black 45

  • Medium firmness, lightweight EVA
  • Ideal for up to 150lbs
  • Composition: Ethylene Vinyl Acetate
  • Hardness: 45 Shore A (+/- 5)

Black 55

  • Ideal for patients 150lbs to 250lbs
  • Composition: Ethylene Vinyl Acetate
  • Hardness: 55 Shore A (+/- 5)

Multicork 55

  • Durable orthotic ideal for work boots or every day.
  • Can be used as diabetic insert when paired with P-Cell 1/8” + PPT 1/16”
  • EVA substrate and cork blend
  • Durometer: 55 Shore A (+/- 5)
  • Composition: Natural cork and EVA

Crepe 70

  • Heavy-duty – will hold up against patient that packs out any other material.
  • Great for work boots
  • Composition: Ethylene Vinyl Acetate
  • Hardness: 65-70 Shore A (+/- 5)
