Custom Orthotic Products
At Summit Labs we use a denser foam with smaller cell structure, helping to reduce material from packing out and helping to make custom orthotics last longer. We have the ability to custom fit orthotics to shoes including; work boots, ski boots, ice skates, cleats, AFO, running shoes, basketball shoes, and more.
All postings and modifications including met pads are included at no charge.

Toe Fillers
Our standard toe fillers come in 40 or 55 durometer with P-Cell 1/8" + PPT 1/16" with the ability to customize them to best suit your patient's needs.
Functional Accommodative Orthotics
- Standard heel cup 18mm
- All orthotics can be milled UCBL – 25mm heel cup
- Shallow heel available – 12mm
- ¾ length Quickform can be added as a mid-layer on Cork and Crepe 70
- Ultra-thin option – base thickness reduced by half
- Full length and Morton’s Extension carbon plates available.
Black 45
- Lighter weight EVA, typically good for lighter patients or as a sport orthotic
- Ideal for up to 150lbs
Crepe 70
- Heavy-duty – will hold up against patient that packs out any other material.
- Great for work boots
- Provides most control
Blue 55
- Summit’s premier orthotic – most produced.
- Typically paired with Black Ice 1/16” + PPT 1/16” top sheet.
- Ideal for patients 150lbs to 250lbs
Cork 55
- Durable orthotic ideal for work boots or every day.
- Typically paired with Black Ice 1/16” +
- Can be used as diabetic insert when paired with P-Cell 1/8” + PPT 1/16”
